Rajamma has spent more than 20 years leading enterprise technology, transformation and AI, including building Enterprise AI strategy and the AI Center of Excellence at Microsoft, and large-scale HR and digital transformations at Microsoft and Pfizer. She is also Adjunct Faculty at NYU.

She is the founder of FDEE.AI Future Design Enabled Enterprise, where she helps organizations rethink how work gets done in an AI-first world.

Beyond FDEE.AI, Rajamma advises startups and serves on advisory boards for investment firms. She is also an active voice in the AI and future-of-work community, and a featured speaker on enterprise AI, agentic AI and workforce transformation.
