As in many things, AI has a major role in the BPM space and it is important to be aware of how AI affects process modelling and process mining and how we can take advantage of it. Every BPM tool now has some AI functionalities like AI-enabled search function, Text-to-Process capabilities, Text-to-Insights and accelerated data transformations for process mining. If we want to stay relevant in the BPM space we need to understand these features.
